Experienced Fabricators Needed (Gastonia/Bessemer City)

Iconix Metal Works, a leader in custom metal fabrication, is expanding our team in our Gastonia/Bessemer City facility.

We are looking for experienced fabricators with drive and ability to join our team. Must be a skilled fabricator with 4-5 years experience (metal fabrication experience a plus). References also a plus!

Must have knowledge and experience in:

Reading/interpreting CAD/Inventor drawings

Set up and operation of fabricating machines such as grinders, Piranha Ironworker, do-all saw, chop saw and basic geometry

MIG welding of aluminum and stainless (with ability to obtain certification)

Powder coating experience a plus

Ability to complete tasks through field installation

Requirements:

4-5 years fabrication experience

References to past work and experience

May need valid driver’s license.

Pay is based on experience, reliability, work ethic and attitude. We offer a competitive pay scale based on experience. Employer contributes toward employee health insurance. Paid time off and paid holidays.
