Job Description:

We are a custom metal fabrication shop located in downtown, Phoenix, AZ. We work on a wide range of projects including custom steel staircases, railings, oven hoods, doors and other various construction projects including installation of such projects. Applicant must have 3+ years metal fabrication, be a fast learner, motivated and dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Must be able to be work quickly but effeciently. We are looking for a self -starter and problem solver with a positive mindset. Install experience is a super plus.

Responsibilities:

· Work 40 hours per week, Mon-Thursday 7am-5pm

· Fabricate custom metal products per drawings provided while making the most efficient use of time, materials and equipment to maintain labor/material costs per job

·Take pride in your work as we are a company committed to delivering top-notch quality work from conception to installation.

· Proficiency in fabrication techniques is required

· Be able to operate various machinery needed for metal fabrication

· Keep shop/work area clean and organized

· Must work individually with little supervision but also work as a team by communicating effectively with management and employees

Skills Required:

· Mig Welding experience required, Tig Welding knowledge is a plus

· Be able to read and comprehend shop drawings

· Knowledge of handyman duties to assist in installations of completed work on site is a plus

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds on a daily basis

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
