Sheet Metal Apprentice

EnergyX Geothermal Inc. is a residential HVAC company focused on teamwork, professionalism, and a “client first” attitude. We are currently looking for a motivated Sheet Metal Apprentice to join our growing team in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the sheet metal trade, primarily focused on residential new construction.

Responsibilities:

- Assist licensed sheet metal workers with residential HVAC and ductwork installation

- Learn fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal systems

- Read and follow drawings, layouts, and job instructions

- Maintain a clean and safe job site

- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in residential construction

- Registered as a Sheet Metal Apprentice (Ontario)

- Ability to work in physically demanding environments

- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude

- Fluent communication in English

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly wage based on apprenticeship level

Other Requirements

- Vehicle, driver's license, and clean driving abstract are a must

- Criminal record check is a must

Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
