Service Technician-Concierge Services

HomeSite Services, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a full time Service Technician-Concierge Services in our office in Roseville; CA. Commute to the jobsite is required as the actual job sites vary within the Northern Sacramento Area.

We are looking for a skilled technician that is knowledgeable with basic home repairs, such as:

Door / Hardware adjustments – interior and Exterior

•

Light Bulb Replacement

•

Garbage Disposal Reset

•

GFCI Resets- Electrical

•

HVAC Filter -Replacement

•

Ceiling Fan Adjustments

•

Furniture Moving-Minor

•

Shower Door-Adjust

•

Heat/Cool Register Adjustments

•

IrrigaRon Timer Programing

•

PainRng -Touch up.

•

Small furniture Assembly

•

Light Clean up.

Must have Clean DMV record as the individual will be commuting to the work locations in a company vehicle.
