Job Title: Service Technician for Stainless Steel Water Distillers

Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour. The pay range is based on Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time, flexible hours

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our stainless-steel water distillers. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure our customers receive the highest support and service.

Responsibilities:

•

Maintain and repair stainless steel water distillers.

•

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and provide appropriate solutions.

•

Ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

•

Provide training and support to customers on properly using and maintaining equipment.

•

Communicate with internal staff and occasionally customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

•

Maintain accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenance

•

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer needs and inquiries.

Requirements:

•

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program completion preferred.

•

2+ years of experience in the maintenance, and repair of commercial or industrial equipment

•

Strong mechanical and electrical skills

•

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

•

Able to read parts diagrams / mechanical drawings

•

Familiarity with electrical components/circuits/diagrams

•

Computer literate

•

Familiar with MS Office software suite

•

Excellent communication and customer service skills

•

Ability to multi-task

•

Team player / Professional attitude

•

Organizational skills

•

Ability to meet deadlines

•

Punctual / On time

•

Motivated / Positive / Reliable

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
