Overview:

The Service Sales Director is responsible for developing �Off-Taker� opportunities from current EaaS clients for thermal services.

Responsibilities:

+ Understands the capacity available to sell for a particular CEP. + Understands the logistical constraints to provide services based on site conditions. + Qualifies potential �Off Takers� that would be able to accept thermal services. + Develops customer relationships with decision-makers. + Coordinates company team members (engineering, energy modelers, and financial modelers) to provide an offering that meets the customer�s needs. + Generates and present the Company solution. + Closes the sale. + Opportunities would include the use of Company financing for campus expansions or resolving CDRM needs within the existing infrastructure. + Understands the value proposition of the Connect platform. + Generates, Presents, and Closes opportunities for Connect subscriptions.
