Mission of the Role:

At Eustis Roofing, the Director of Sales will drive the performance and growth of the sales organization in pursuit of being the (1) Contractor of Choice for homeowners and the (2) Employer of Choice for employees. As part of the Eustis Roofing Executive Leadership Team, you will create, execute, and own the strategic sales goals of the business while setting and maintaining a culture committed to growth, taking care of homeowners, excellence, professionalism, and fun. Ultimately, your expertise will empower our sales managers and their teams to achieve success.
