As a Service Operations Associate you’ll be the friendly first point of contact and the behind-the-scenes air-traffic controller who keeps our field teams moving. If you love juggling customer conversations, scheduling routes, and solving little problems before they become big ones—read on!
What you’ll do
60 % Customer & Crew Coordination
•Answer calls, texts, and emails—owning a <2-hour response time.
•Build and adjust daily service routes in our dispatch logs.
•Proactively resolve missed pickups or weather delays with a “we’ve got you” attitude.
25 % Office & Data Support
•Enter service notes, payments, and time punches accurately.
•Prep weekly route sheets
•Handle mail/packages and keep digital files tidy (scanning, e-filing).
15 % Supply & Facilities Touchups
•Track inventory of bags, gloves, and truck supplies; place orders before we run low.
•Submit quick maintenance tickets if something at HQ needs fixing.

•Enjoy a 20-30 hr flexible schedule (morning start times; some 4-hr and some 8-hr shifts).
•Communicate clearly, with warmth and a dash of humor—our brand voice is casual but professional.
•Can switch between phone, chat, and mapping screens without breaking a sweat.
•Spot process glitches and suggest fixes instead of waiting to be told.
Bring solid computer chops: Google Workspace, spreadsheets, basic CRM or dispatch tools.
Must-haves:
•High-school diploma or equivalent.
•Customer service experience, dispatch, veterinary/kennel, field-service, or similar multitasking role.
•Typing 40 wpm and comfort navigating multiple browser tabs.
Nice-to-haves:
•Experience with route optimization.
•Love of dogs—or at least a strong tolerance for poop jokes.
