The HVAC Service Coordinator regularly communicates with customers, service technicians, suppliers, and vendors on a daily basis. Reporting to upper management and ownership is expected weekly if not daily when needed. The Service Coordinator works directly with the Service and Office Manager on a regular basis.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Detail-orientated and highly organized with the ability to multi-task
· The desire to grow and change with the company
· Knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing parts strongly preferred
· Ability and willingness to work a nonstandard schedule
· Respond to emails and messages left from customers, vendors, suppliers, and other coworkers promptly within 24 business hours.
· Attending informational meetings and training for products sold by the company.
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
