Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our growing team. As a
Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and
maintaining residential HVAC systems. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently,
and in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and other related equipment.
•Respond promptly to customer service calls and provide professional, courteous support.
•Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Install, test, and calibrate HVAC equipment when necessary.
•Provide clear, detailed explanations of service work to customers, ensuring their understanding
and satisfaction.
•Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on jobs.
•Adhere to safety guidelines and comply with company and industry standards.
•Keep company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition.
•Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of HVAC service or repair experience preferred.
•Completion of a recognized HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent training.
•Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and components.
•Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•Subject to a criminal background check.
•Ability to work in various weather conditions and comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, climbing ladders).
