Senior Travel Consultant – Hotel & Travel Coordination

Location: Webster, TX (Remote)

Are you a travel operations expert with a passion for precision, vendor management, and customer satisfaction? Join World Kinect as a Senior Travel Consultant and take ownership of our hotel and travel coordination desk, supporting global aviation missions with seamless logistics and world-class service.

What You’ll Own

Hotel & Travel Coordination

- Lead hotel, airline, and ground transportation arrangements for global aviation clients.

- Confirm and reconfirm all travel bookings with suppliers and vendors.

- Manage virtual card payments and ensure accurate billing through Conferma and Amadeus systems.

- Perform rate audits to ensure compliance with negotiated agreements.

Vendor & Process Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel, airline, and rental car vendors.

- Oversee hotel software tools, subscriptions, and commission programs.

- Implement and optimize hotel agreements and standardized procedures.

- Support strategic planning and forecasting for travel services.

Training & Support

- Serve as global training coordinator for hotel software and virtual card tools.

- Provide operational support to Trip Support teams across BGA and Commercial divisions.

- Assist accounting with invoicing concerns and resolve customer disputes.

Performance & Quality Assurance

- Monitor desk performance and report KPIs to senior management.

- Ensure consistency and excellence in all travel services delivered.

- Stay current with industry trends and participate in supplier events and workshops.

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise

- 3–5 years in travel coordination, aviation logistics, or hospitality operations.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Experience with Amadeus, Conferma, or similar travel systems preferred.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

- Confident, diplomatic, and professional in high-pressure situations.

- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

- Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic, global environment.
