What You’ll Do:

•

Prepare and review a wide range of business and individual tax returns

•

Provide tax planning and advisory services across diverse industries

•

Manage multiple engagements and deadlines with a high degree of organization

•

Conduct tax-related research and handle special projects

•

Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff

•

Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication and service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (progress toward CPA eligibility required)

•

CPA license preferred

•

2+ years of tax experience in public accounting

•

Experience in multiple industries is a plus (construction, healthcare, small business, nonprofit, etc.)

•

Strong knowledge of tax software (ProSystem FX or similar)

•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

•

A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
