The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) is a strategic leader responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on executive-level hiring. This role partners closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to align talent strategies with business goals. The Senior TABP will leverage data to drive decisions, create impactful reports and presentations, and lead initiatives that enhance the candidate’s experience and employer brand.

- Lead the execution process for roles encompassing entry to executive-level, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Engage and influence senior leadership and stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and execute timely, tailored recruiting strategies for high-impact roles.
- Create, analyze, and present recruitment data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to inform decision-making.
- Utilize SuccessFactors and other ATS tools to manage and document the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and business units to meet headcount goals, diversity targets, and early-career hiring initiatives.
- Represent Mitsubishi Power at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting programs.
- Partner with peers across Talent Acquisition to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal hiring regulations and internal policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility to attend after-hour events
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including executive recruitment.- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience planning and participating in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
