The Talent Acquisition Consultant Sr is responsible for collaborating with hiring managers, HR business partners and Centers of Expertise, and other team members to build and implement strategies that source highly qualified, diverse talent into the organization. In addition to full-cycle recruiting work, this role may also participate in various projects and efforts to improve Talent Acquisition processes and strategy.

Responsibilities/Expectations:•Facilitates and implements all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
•Leads projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance our talent acquisition capabilities
•Guides HR business partners and business leaders regarding relevant metrics and trends, and uses data to drive recruiting strategy as appropriate
•Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events
•Develops effective ideas and creative solutions to streamline and improve the process of recruiting for active and passive candidates
•Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process
•Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
•Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum six (6) years’ related experience, including prior recruiting experience
•Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; a minimum eight (8) years’ related experience

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
•Ability to build relationships and effectively advise and partner with leaders and HR colleagues at various levels throughout the organization

•Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize competing obligations for a variety of customers
•Proven commitment to being a talent advisor to the business
•Preferred: Experience with Workday recruiting
•Preferred: Extensive knowledge of HR functions
, Partners with hiring manager to determine workforce forecasts and create a plan to meet demand. Keep hiring managers informed throughout recruiting process. Builds relationships with talent ahead of demand. Identifies and fosters relationships with schools, vendors, and industry sources that will enhance sourcing opportunities. Manages the open requisition process. Prepares customized interview guides for critical positions based on the current demands of the job and competencies required.
