Job Summary
Nino Development is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in HVAC/R systems and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Responsibilities
•Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
•Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues in heating and cooling systems.
•Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.
•Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed.
•Collaborate with team members to build and plumb new HVAC installations according to specifications.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
•Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements.
•Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Qualifications
•Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong background in HVAC/R systems.
•Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
•Familiarity with various HVAC tools and equipment, including the use of Ohmmeters for diagnostics.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
•Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred but not mandatory.
•A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of HVAC technology.
