We’re searching for a

Senior HVAC Service Technician

with the experience, mindset, and curiosity to lead high-level service projects and push the boundaries of what's possible in VRF systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a driving force on our service team, responsible for:

•

Diagnosing and repairing commercial VRF HVAC systems

•

Keeping customers informed and confident throughout the process

•

Managing parts orders, documenting work, and keeping projects on track

•

Mentoring junior techs and sharing your know-how

•

Leading VRF remediation efforts and ensuring excellence across every job

•

Collaborating on system improvements and service strategies

What You Bring To The Table

•

5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service experience

•

Strong working knowledge of the refrigerant cycle, diagnostics, and controls

•

VRF experience is a major plus—if you're eager to learn, we’ll train you

•

A knack for solving problems and a hunger to keep learning

•

A team-first attitude and pride in delivering top-tier work
