Your Job

DEPCOM Power is looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining schedules for a portfolio of Solar projects, while working closely with the construction and engineering teams. This position is ideally based in our Scottsdale, AZ office, though remote work arrangements are available. Please note that this role does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.

What You Will Do

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing comprehensive project schedules for PV and BESS construction projects.
Partner with business development and execution teams on the coordination and scheduling of Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects.
Utilize advanced scheduling software to track progress, identify risks, potential delays, and proactively recommend solutions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as subject matter expert on Primavera P6 Enterprise - EPPM.
Leverage PV and BESS experience to utilize scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand.
Support multiple project teams and their scheduling requirements over the different lifecycles of the projects, from start-up, development and engineering to construction and close-out.
Work with project execution team to optimize the project execution plan while mitigating risk.
Collaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide schedules that meet the goals of both parties and act as an internal subject matter expert in schedule-related contract negotiations.
Work in partnership with subcontractors and align construction schedules between the parties to support project objectives.
Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews.
Support project progress reporting.
Develop and document PV and BESS scheduling best practices to support team training and advance knowledge sharing.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Skilled scheduling software user - Primavera P6 EPPM
Experience supporting project teams.
Understanding of scheduling best practices.
Scheduling experience in a construction industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.


What Will Put You Ahead

Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience scheduling large-scale utility Solar and BESS projects.
Recent field experience in Utility Scale Solar or Energy Storage construction.
Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of scheduling QA/QC tools, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000- $165,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
