Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Proposal Specialist IV to join our East Region Marketing team. This position will be a key member of our busy team responsible for pre-positioning activities and leading preparation of winning proposals for various infrastructure projects for our business.

This position will offer a hybrid work schedule of both in office and remote work and can be based out of, but not limited to: Arlington, VA; Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC.

This role must exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism, and display excellent leadership, time-management, and strong communication skills (both oral and written). Must be able to work effectively in rapidly changing environment with multiple deadlines. Must have flexibility to travel as dictated by demands of specific pursuits.
