Senior Project Manager Construction - Constructiv - United States

As we continue to expand, Constructiv is building a pipeline of skilled construction professionals for future opportunities in the United States. While we currently do not have immediate openings, we want to connect with talented individuals in the data center construction industry who are open to exploring roles with us when the time is right.

Oversees all aspects of each client project, including sub-consultants, sub-contractors, site management team, design team, contract administration, construction accounting, and others, to ensure the project's successful completion and customer expectations are met. The individual also coordinates all team bandwidth requirements with resource management. The Sr. PM mentors, coaches and supervises all PMs and Assistant PMs.

Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Master’s degree in Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer, Project Management Institute

: Constructiv is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary for this role is $120,000.00- $185,000.00. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. Occasionally, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
