Senior Operational Technology Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Operational Technology (OT) Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and integration of operational technology systems across the sites. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of OT systems supporting critical processes, including mining, concentrator, SXEW, and other production facilities. Operating at a corporate level, the Sr. OT Manager will align OT initiatives with business goals and support the organization's digital transformation efforts.

Required Education and Experience:

Education:

Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) are preferred.

Experience:

o At least CEFR B2 - Upper Intermediate: Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
