Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restoration Technician to lead field operations at our new branch location. This is a key position for someone with strong restoration experience and leadership skills who is ready to take on a management-level role. In the early stages, this individual will handle all fieldwork—including water mitigation, demolition, and customer communication—as we build up the team and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform water extraction, moisture readings, demolition of affected materials, and detailed photo documentation
•Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, adjusters, and referral partners during restoration projects
•Be available for on-call rotations to respond to emergency loss situations
•Ensure all work complies with IICRC standards, jobsite safety requirements, and industry protocols
•Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper operation of equipment and vehicles
•Collaborate with remote office support for estimating, invoicing, collections, and administrative needs
•Contribute to process development and team growth as the location expands
Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the restoration industry (water, mold, fire, demo)
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead jobsite operations
•Proficiency in MICA for moisture mapping and documentation
•IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.)
•Knowledge of estimating in Xactimate is a strong plus
•Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
•Experience interacting with homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals
•Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•Willingness to be on call and respond to after-hours emergencies
