Senior Restoration Project Manager

Summit Restoration and Construction is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage our larger losses. This can include reconstruction after fires, water damage, vehicle impacts and any other property damage.

We are looking for the best of the best to join our team. Our vision for the right candidate would possess strong restoration reconstruction skills, great organization, excellent customer service & communication skills. At least 5 years of construction experience in restoration is needed, preferably with fire loss reconstruction.

A day in the life of a Senior Project Manager will include working alongside your production coordinator daily to ensure all jobs are reviewed and action plans are created. You understand that exceptional customer service, being proactive, speed and accuracy are critical to the success of the job. Using your time management skills, plan to be on-site with technicians, sub-contractors, and homeowners at the start of jobs and throughout. You are expected to be proficient in reviewing Xactimate estimates, understanding budgets and margins, and creating an accurate construction schedule to get projects finished on time and on budget.
