Position Summary
As a Mitigation Supervisor, you provide emergency response restoration. You help customers through the difficult times surrounding water, fire, and environmental damage. We even handle trauma and hoarding cleanup!
Job Duties•Perform tasks involving physical labor at residential and commercial buildings, construction projects, and demolition sites.
•Able to assist the team when needed on all service lines.
•Load and unload building materials, machinery, and tools
•Always maintain a clean and safe job site.
•Explain the job scope and secure the services with the customer.
•Provide mitigation service to the customer, including contents handling, placing equipment, monitoring the job, taking photographs, and handling any applicable flooring, cabinet, or wall removal.
•Working as the job lead when additional labor is needed to service the project.
•Provide daily job specifics and paperwork to the office for billing purposes.
•Handle customer service functions on the job from answering customer questions to overall claims process road-mapping.
•Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep them clean.
Basic Qualifications:
Preferences:
•Prior experience in restoration is highly desired.
•IICRC certification is required.
•ICRA certification is required.
Requirements:
•Must be available for emergency work after hours and on weekends including on-call shifts.
•Must be willing to travel locally and regionally.
•Ability to lift, carry, push, pull at least 50 lbs.
•Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
•Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License and meet HRS MVR driving record standards.
•Drug testing is required before the start of employment.
Pay:
The pay range for this position is $23.00-$30.00 per hour. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, location where job is performed. HRS does not discriminate based upon any protected category with respect to the payment of wages.

•3 year(s): Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mitigation Tech/ or Supervisor with an Active ICRA & IICRC certification.
