The Mechanical Restoration Superintendent oversees and manages mechanical restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. This role is responsible for supervising on-site crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety compliance, and ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders. The Superintendent plays a critical role in planning, scheduling, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on restoring mechanical structures. A successful candidate will bring hands-on industrial experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality restoration services to clients.
· Executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the client.
· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and handled appropriately.
· In conjunction with the Project Manager, coordinates activities of projects, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks and delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy.
· Ability to interface with Clients in a professional way to determine Client’s needs.
· Complies with all company standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
· Helps Project Manager resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Ensure project has competent foreman and workers for the skill sets needed for each project.
· Maintain excellent customer relations as well as being able to assist in building to

· Communicate and maintain a positive relationship between client, facility and customer.
· Sets up and monitors execution of the work.
· 4 years of experience in the Construction industry
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
· Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
· Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings and plans.
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
