The Senior Manager Regional Sales is responsible for leading and directing the new equipment sales team to drive sales performance with a focus on meeting and exceeding short- and long-range sales goals in the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and drive revenue growth. Additionally, the Senior Manager Regional Sales is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance of the regional sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their goals. This includes monitoring sales metrics and providing reporting on performance against targets. This role requires frequent travel within the region to support and manage the sales team effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role based in Marlborough, MA is $149,000 - $200,000. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
Physical Demands
