JAT Energy, formerly known as JAT Oil Inc., is a 49-year-old supplier of a full line of energy products, including unbranded and branded gasoline, diesel fuels, diesel exhaust fluid, natural gas, liquid asphalt, and other related products. JAT is currently hiring for a Senior Sales Account Manager with a Hunter mentality. This person will focus on territory growth through direct sales of new business.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
•New Business Sales and Sales Prospecting - Industry TRAINING PROVIDED!
•Must have the ability to prospect, build & articulate sales pipeline - We are motivated to GROW!
•Professionally address any issues promptly (credit, supply, pricing) that impact customer relationships and that support company policies and procedures.
•Actively manage your pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities in CRM that supports the budgeted sales growth expectations, including next steps, correspondence, etc., daily.
•Implement a sales plan for new business development of fuel sales and continued development of existing customers.
•Meet monthly and annual goals for margin and volume sold.
Qualifications
•5yrs of Outside Sales & Account Management experience
•Strong Sales and Business Development skills - Proven track record
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work well in a team environment
•Hunter Mentality - Prospecting, cold calling, follow-up, presentation, closing new business.
•Bachelor's degree or higher education is preferred but not required - Industry training will be provided.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and databases
