Drive revenue growth and market expansion as a territory leader for Beaumont Manufacturing and Distribution. Work collaboratively with our distribution partners throughout Oklahoma to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions to end-users. Success in this role requires deep technical expertise, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to navigate manufacturer-distributor partnerships while maintaining our quality-first approach.
· Proactively initiate sales calls with existing and potential distribution partners
· Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers
· Conduct product training and technical demonstrations for distribution partners
· Research market/customer data to plan routing and set territory objectives
· Attend industry events and trade shows as a company representative
· Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and technical solutions
· Document sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
· Meet or exceed territory revenue targets through effective account management
· Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal teams
· Comply with all safety policies when visiting distributor or customer sites
· Participate in proactive teams to achieve company sales targets
