team in our Sudbury Operations. This is a permanent position

As a Senior Manager

you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing Garson Mine, within the Ontario Operations, ensuring production and business targets are met through safe and strategic execution of plant-level objectives that align with the broader Ontario Strategy. Reporting to the Director of Ontario Mining, this role leads a multidisciplinary team—spanning operations, maintenance, engineering, and external resource management—to implement best practices and reduce operational risks. The Senior Manager partners across departments and with external stakeholders such as government agencies, unions, and community members, while managing the integration of processes, people, technology, and budgets. They are accountable for the plant's overall performance, including production, development, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the mine operates safely, efficiently, and sustainably at maximum capacity.

About You Education:

An undergraduate degree in Engineering (P.Eng designation preferred), Business, or a related field, or equivalent management experience relevant to the scope and responsibilities of the role.

A minimum of 11 years’ experience.
