About Brucejack

Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

About the Role

Your Impact

As an Underground Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible day to day operations of the underground mine at the Brucejack Mine Site.

Through guidance and consultation with the Mine Superintendents this position ensures all Underground/Site Activities adhere to all Health, Safety and Environmental regulations as well as all company standards/policies and procedures.

We are now recruiting for the position of Supervisor, Mine Operations, with a competitive annual base salary of $103,275-137,700 plus incentives. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is CA$103,275-137,700 / year . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
