Job Summary

Candidate will work under minimal supervision and assists supervision in some field related duties.

Identifies and corrects complex problems in HVAC field including Heat Pump systems. Identifies and corrects problems in hot water and steam boilers and hot water heaters. Must be able to resolve most multi-repeat problems. Must serves as on-the-job trainer for other field personnel. Must perform clerical duties necessary to complete requests for service efficiently. Maintains and makes recommendations for additions or deletions of Company stock and equipment.

- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated skills in residential HVAC equipment including Heat Pump system repairs.

- Advanced knowledge in tools and material related to the service field.

- Basic knowledge in hot water and steam boilers.

- Advanced knowledge in domestic Hot Water Heater systems

- Advanced skills in customer communication.

- Advanced skill in sales of services offered by our Company.

- Advanced customer relations skills.

- Advanced skills in performing clerical duties necessary to complete request for service.

Education/Experience

CFC certification I and II, Maryland State HVAC Journeyman’s license and Gas Fitter card.
