Your Day-to-Day

- Support technical upgrade and move of applications

- Serve as the primary liaison between CBUs and IT, facilitating communication and support.

- Support key applications in collaboration with vendors and the business.

- Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users.

- Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting.

- Analyze applications and environment logs.

- Administer Windows servers and support on-premises Windows and RE Linux based applications.

- Assist with maintenance and migrations to cloud solutions.

- Identify technology opportunities to reduce operational and licensing costs.

- Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer and business goals.

- Manage effective customer relationships with system users and IT technical team members.

- Apply advanced analytical skills to decompose work into manageable, value-based units.

- Identify conflicts and make recommendations to resolve them.

- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems.

- Recognize interdependencies and functional gaps in business processes.

- Build a strong understanding of technical solutions and analyze failure points.

- Contribute to the application QA testing process and support end users.

- Create and maintain project and support documentation.

- Stay familiar with technology market trends.

- Demonstrate ownership of all assigned tasks, including project-related work.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Who You Are

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

- Strong understanding of business processes and practices relating to various corporate staff business units.

- Exemplary problem-solving skills, especially for complex issues.

- Proven ability to gather, evaluate, decompose, and prioritize business needs (creation of BRDs).

- Experience supporting applications with SSO integration.

- Attention to detail, highly self-motivated, proactive, and directed.

- Strong customer focus and ability to foster customer relations through effective communication.

- Data analytics and dashboarding skills (Power BI, MS Power Apps, Business Objects).

- Strong test management skills (planning, execution, oversight).

- Experience with cutover planning and change management systems.

- General computer control (GCC) management experience.

- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls experience.

- Agile working experience.

- Expert level proficiency in Windows OS and Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Experience supporting Windows infrastructure, Windows Server & client OS, AD, Oracle, MS SQL, and understanding computer architecture aspects (databases, ETLs, applications, network infrastructure, firewalls, etc.).

- Experience with Cybersecurity applications and security stack.

Technical Expertise Would Be Helpful In

- Windows AD Domains

- Azure AD and Azure federated services

- Azure SSO

- AWS Practitioner

- Troubleshooting proxy communications and firewalls

- Cybersecurity stack (IDS/IPS, AV, packet capture, and analysis)

- Tanium

- Windows and Linux Red Hat Enterprise

- DNS

- Application log analysis

- Supporting multiple applications including eDiscovery applications (EnCase, Relativity, Claims applications, understanding of Legal issues)

- IoT networks and setup (wired/wireless)

- VMware

- Load balancers (Big IP F5)

- Web applications (Apache, IIS, WebSphere)

- Git, Docker containers
