ADB is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide support within the Human Resources Department. The ADB HR Department supports over 1,200 team members Nationwide ensuring multi-state and federal compliance adherence, as well as a best-in-class employee experience at all times. This position will support a diverse group of team members within a construction environment that includes blue collar, professional services, and leadership teams ensuring a strong level of customer experience, integrity, and support is provided. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative technical skills, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and

attitude to achieve results.

The starting pay for this position is $65,000 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
