How you’ll help:

Proactively lead strategic and tactical HR support for E Source staff in multiple US state locations and in Canada.
This role has an emphasis on performance management, employee relations, training and development, immigration, and compliance.
Work closely with the HR team to build culture, drive outcomes in the best interest of the business, and enable our employees to be their best.
Facilitate training and development workshops to support managers and staff (new manager training, career development, and so on).
Collaborate with HR and organizational leaders to drive initiatives that enhance capabilities and foster cultural transformation.
Act as an HR primary point of contact and provide support to internal and external partners across all levels of the organization.

What will make you a great fit

You have 7 or more years of senior HR business partner, HR business partner, or HR generalist experience (required).
You bring proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
PHR/SPHR certification is preferred but not required.
You have a working knowledge of and ability to navigate multistate labor laws, rules, and regulations.
You possess strategic focus, are decisive, display good judgment, and have a strong operational focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with employees and leaders to drive organizational change.
Strong presentation skills to lead live and virtual training sessions.
Knowledge of US employment–related federal and state employment regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Paycom experience helpful but not required.
You can work independently as well as an active member of the team.

The budgeted salary for this position is:

$90,000–120,000 + annual bonus up to 8%

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
