Reporting to the Senior Manager Strategic HR Partnerships, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic HR support to Senior Leaders, Front line leaders and employees who reside in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. This role is based in Calgary Alberta with frequent travel (up to 50%) to Lloydminster. This role works closely with the broader Strategic HR Partner team as well as the HR Centers of Expertise (COE) to deliver programs and services in alignment with the business and people strategy and plans.
The ideal candidate will be client-focused with abilities to build important relationships and capable of leading change to support HR goals aligned with the company's strategy and culture. A strong business sense is necessary to comprehend operations and the external environment in order to apply insights and tools that align HR initiatives with Cenovus's overall strategy.
