Senior Field Service Manager

About This Job

ESC Spectrum is a leading provider of systems and services for stack emissions monitoring at power plants and other industries throughout the country. We are looking for a Senior Field Service Managerto join our team.

As a Senior Field Service Manager, you will:

•

Oversee all aspects of the Field Service teams in multiple locations

•

Hire, mentor and develop a team of top performers and Ideal team players

•

Work with field service teams to ensure our project execution is successful and profitable by meeting the needs and expectations of our customers while managing costs in order to achieve revenue and operating income goals for this revenue streams

•

Work with other groups within the company to ensure the entire project is successful when supporting cross-functional projects

•

Work with teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly as well as develop standard scopes of work and pricing to be used across all locations for field service contracts.

•

Drive process improvement and standardization among the different offices with the goal of being able to load balance between the locations through cross training and process standardization.

•

Develop relationships with customers and builds their trust in ESC Spectrum leading to long-term retention of these customers

•

Partner with Executive VP to develop strategic plans for this part of the organization and the operations teams as a whole

•

This position can be based in our Pensacola, Indianapolis or Pittsburgh office.

What You'll Need:

•

Be a top performer and ideal team player who embodies our core values

•

Industry and technical experience sufficient to understand the problems and challenges of their teams but not necessarily be the technical expert in all applications and types of projects

•

Ideal candidate would have 5+ years CEMS or industry experience or other applicable technical experience

•

7+ years of management experience with excellent people smarts and is coachable on our management philosophy and hiring process

•

Strong business skills to support strategic planning, process improvement, budgeting, and analysis

•

Strong leader who can drive consistency and organizational health during significant change

•

Ability to address customer concerns and manage expectations effectively.

•

Ability to collaborate with other functional groups.

•

Excellent communication and written skills

•

Excellent skills with MS Office including Excel and MS Word

•

Ability to travel up to 25%
