Supervisor, Division Orders
Responsible for establishing and maintaining accurate division order records for Operated and Non-Operated properties.
- Calculate DOI for new wells
- Review Title Opinions
- Maintain Revenue Deck Set Ups and JIB Deck Set Ups
- Manage ownership transfers
- Communicate with royalty owner inquires in a professional manner
- Communicate with third party oil/gas marketing providers
- Assist in due diligence review of acquisitions
- Work within new Division Order process for new DOI’s
- Maintain goals as prescribed by management
- Proficient using Excel, Word
- Experience with W software, or other similar ERP packages
- Data analysis
- Business acumen
- Effective communication/ team member/ high initiative
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- 5 to 15 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 5 years’ experience in lieu of degree
- Title evaluation experience for Operated and Non-Operated properties
- Experience in royalty relations
- Experience with complex DOI calculations
- Project tracking

The starting rate for this position is expected to be between $120,000 - $135,000, based on experience, qualifications, and internal pay alignment. Final compensation may vary from this range depending on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s education, skills, prior experience, and evolving market conditions. This range represents Anschutz Exploration's good-faith estimate of the pay for this role at the time of posting.
