100000.00 To 115000.00 (USD) Annually
Essential Duties & Responsibilities General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. - Set up and maintain division of interest for revenue payment of royalties, overrides, and working interests on operated and non-operated properties.
- Analyze and document deeds, leases, wills, probates, assignments, etc., accurately calculate royalties and maintain division of interest.
- Coordinate with Accounting on new wells and complex reverses and rebooks of revenue decks. Interpret Accounting data to determine the accuracy of the outcome.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures in applying post production costs and taxes for operator and interest owners.
- Exercise strong analytical skills to interpret chain of title and complex calculations.
- Communicate with curative team, Land, Accounting and other internal departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- At least four (4) years of Division Order, Land Administration or related experience.

List and describe the required factors (i.e. knowledge, skills, abilities, software programs), that are needed for this role.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with basic knowledge of Adobe products and ability to mail merge documents.
- Excellent MS Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering and finding data.
- Working knowledge of Enertia and/or other land and revenue software.
- Advanced knowledge of division order and land principles.
- Proficient in calculating net revenue interests for unitized wells.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret information and data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy with data entry.
- Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, follow up and meet established deadlines.
- Able to help, support and work effectively within a team.

- Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.

Office Related- Job is primarily performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
