Senior CNC Machinist

Must have these Requirements

Able to read Blue Prints

Write Programs

Check parts with MIC, Calipers & Gauges

Able to do Light Maintenance on CNC Machines

Duties

- Operate and maintain CNC machines, including lathes and electrical discharge machining equipment. Siemens Control. Fryer, Hyundai

- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in production.

- Assemble components according to specifications and engineering drawings.

- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments.

- Use hand tools effectively for machining tasks and assembly processes.

- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.

- Safely operate forklifts for material handling as needed.

- Program Hyundai and Fryer Lathes Siemens control

- Tooling & Steel

- Production scheduling and or learn

- Answer emails from customers

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
