Position Specific Description

Our Strategy & Growth Department within the Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain Business Unit is seeking a Senior Category Specialist to join the team in Juno Beach, FL.

Job Overview

This role develops and refines defined category strategies for critical and/or more complex categories. Employees in this role lead negotiations and identify improvements to secure cost savings and improve quality and efficiency. An individual in this role would also be expected to mentor category specialists and establishes benchmarks and expectations for category strategies.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Develops and refines category sourcing strategy

- Conduct market and spend analysis

- Leads negotiations with key suppliers

- Aligns with BUs to collect requirements

- Develops and maintains strategic relationships with critical suppliers

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

- High School Grad / GED

- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience

- Experience: 4+ years

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's Degree
