What will You Do?

- Drive the procurement strategy across manufacturing and distribution operations, aligning sourcing decisions with business growth objectives.

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

- Partner with operations, supply chain team, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, margin performance, and customer satisfaction.

- Oversee contracts negotiation and foster strong, long-term supplier relationships—both domestic and international.

- Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

- Implement purchasing best practices, tools, and systems to support, efficiency, and operational excellence.

What would you bring?

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

- 5+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, procurement analytics, and date-driven decision-making tools.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a proven track record of building collaborative relationships.

- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
