PSE's Customer Engagement team is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Senior Business Support Analyst position!

Job Description

Responsible for the evaluative, quantitative and qualitative analysis in support of business needs and requirements. Responsible for process support (creation, updates, improvements, and governance) and consultation for a variety of processes. Responsible for technical support (troubleshooting, maintenance and enhancements) and consultation for a variety of systems used throughout the department.

Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Job Responsibilities

+ Responsible for analyzing, trending, forecasting, and/or tracking business unit/program performance and data statistics. + Responsible for maintainance, enhancement and development of querying techniques used to effectively, consistently and accurately derive reports and data. + Develops metrics and on-going analysis. + Assesses current practices and develops new modeling approaches, tools and processes. Minimum Qualifications

+ Advanced relational database experience (MS Access, SQL, Oracle). + Experience performing advanced statistical analyses (such as predictive analytics, regression forecasting, data visualization and/or survival analytics). + Experience with CSEE Systems (CSY, CIS, CMS). + Experience in Crystal Reports and Adobe Acrobat Pro. + Programming language (Visual Basic, SQL, VB.NET, HTML). + Knowledge of rate-making process. + Familiarity with SAP, BI, PACE. The pay range for this position is $79,200.00 - $131,700.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
