Position Summary
The Refining Process Optimization & Quality Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) works closely with product owners, subject matter experts, technology partners, software vendors, and other stakeholders to drive digital adoption of product capabilities within the team’s scope. In addition to managing the business relationship with key stakeholders, the BSA’s responsibilities include improving product capabilities, system administration, data integration, training and support of the team’s core software platforms. The successful candidate will have the technical acumen to function as a power user performing tasks like application configuration and administration and the business acumen to generate and identify new/emerging digital solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities* Leads improvement recommendations and presents effectively to senior and executive management and global teams.Education and Experience* Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
Skills* Agile Methodology - Agile project management is an iterative approach to delivering a project throughout its life cycle, taking incremental steps towards the completion of a project.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant experience
