Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage and oversee Long-Term Contract Service Agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of project accounting, and a proven track record in financial management. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our long-term service contracts while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and review financial models for complex Long-Term Contract Service Agreements.

Understand and perform over-time (percentage of completion) revenue recognition.
Analyze contract performance and financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and financial implications.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Identify critical opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement within contract agreements.
Gain proficiency with SAP Project Management, RA Key and Settlement, WBS Elements, SAP Reporting.
Lead Project Margin Reviews.
Prepare estimates and closing reports with detailed walks from estimate to actuals.
Establish regular billing, track bonus potential, and calculate annual escalation.
Compliance with all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance; prefer a focus on contract management and analysis.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
ERP experience preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
