We’re seeking a reliable, motivated Senior Account Representative to join our growing team in Lakeland, FL. In this hands-on role, you’ll buy and manage catalytic converters and recycled automotive parts. You’ll build and maintain vendor relationships, evaluate materials, and ensure efficient shop operations. This position involves physical work and customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active and detail-oriented.

Requirements

· Hands-On & Physically Capable: Comfortable working in a shop environment, including handling and inspecting used automotive parts; must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays, as needed for vendor visits, sourcing, or relationship building.

· Vendor & Client Relations: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport, negotiate, and maintain vendor relationships in a professional manner.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., inventory systems, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn internal tools and platforms.

· Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately identify, sort, and manage parts and documentation with a focus on quality and consistency.

· Adaptability: Open to learning new skills and cross-training in various shop functions to support overall operations and career development.

· Self-Motivated & Organized: Proven ability to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and maintain a structured workflow.

· Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
