The Vault Material Control Lead is responsible for the control, integrity, and
accountability of all precious metals inventory, including both raw materials and finished
goods, within a highly secure vault environment. This role ensures strict adherence to
security protocols, inventory accuracy, and chain-of-custody procedures while

contributor supporting vault material control processes. This role will help maintain and
improve procedures to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and secure, efficient material
• Maintain absolute accuracy of inventory through system management, reconciliations,
• Ensure compliance with all security policies, including restricted access, surveillance
• Oversee and execute all vault material control activities, including receipt, storage,
movement, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
• Verify weights, counts, and specifications of materials against documentation and

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, vault operations, or secure material
• Experience working with high value, controlled, or regulated materials strongly
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems required

Strong understanding of inventory control, reconciliation, and audit practices
