Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Sales Coordinator to join our roofing company. This position is heavily focused on scheduling and coordinating daily operations for up to 11 roofing crews across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage calendars, adjust schedules in real time, and ensure all projects stay on track while providing support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Coordinate and maintain the daily and weekly schedules for up to 11 roofing crews

•

Communicate with project managers, foremen, and clients to ensure smooth job execution

•

Adjust crew assignments based on weather, delays, or job readiness

•

Track job progress and update schedules accordingly

•

Support the sales team with customer follow-ups, proposal delivery, and documentation

•

Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and jobsite issues as they arise

•

Maintain accurate records of project timelines, crew availability, and client needs

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in construction or roofing

•

Strong communication and organizational skills

•

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
