Location: Union, MO Schedule: Full-Time

About Us

Join our team in the saw department, supporting production and preparing aluminum materials to meet specifications.

Work Schedule

- Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts (4x10s)

- Friday: 8-hour shift (overtime)

- Total: 48 hours per week, including 8 hours of guaranteed overtime

- Note: This schedule reflects current business needs. Overtime may decrease in the winter, but for the foreseeable future, Friday work is standard.

Responsibilities

- Assist saw operators with loading, cutting, and unloading aluminum materials

- Measure and inspect finished cuts for accuracy

- Maintain a clean, organized work area

- Support other team members to meet production goals

Requirements

- Basic math and measurement skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Willingness to work overtime as scheduled
