Sandblaster + Machine Operator

As a Sandblaster and Production Worker, you’ll help create high-quality metal finishes that our customers rely on. You don’t need experience—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the drive to learn.

What You’ll Do

- Use one of our many finishing techniques to clean and prepare metal parts (we’ll train you)

- Follow safety rules and wear protective gear

- Check parts for quality before they go to the customer

- Help with other hands-on production tasks when needed

- Keep the shop clean, organized, and ready for the next job

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or GED

- Dependable, positive, and willing to learn

- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of your shift

- Team player who wants to see the group succeed

- Shows up ready to work and contribute every day
