As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to Account Managers by serving as a key liaison between New England government and affiliate accounts. Your goal will be ensuring accurate and timely processing and maintenance of account information for New England government and affiliate customers. Your success in this role depends on strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities•Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through the large commercial toll-free line and email
•Send weekly consolidated invoices to customers on behalf of account managers
•Set up new customer accounts and delivery service locations accurately and efficiently
•Submit customer invoices through third-party websites as required
•Process invoice adjustments and implement approved price changes
•Maintain and update tax logs and support documentation for compliance
•Assist with government bids, including account setups and pricing
•Support customer payment processing and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Credit, Tax, Pricing, Delivery and Service
•Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation on all assigned tasks
Your Skills
•Demonstrated understanding of the sales environment and our products
•Very strong customer service focus with high ownership of your responsibilities and commitments to stakeholders
•Must be able to hand multiple tasks with strong attention to details and an ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and also strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
Your Experience
•Degree in Business Administration/Commerce preferred or equivalent work experience
•5 + years’ experience in sales/marketing or customer service
•Proficiency in ADDS and Salesforce
