Position Overview:

We are seeking Full-Time Swimming Pool Sales Consultants to join our team. This role combines inside and outside sales, working directly with clients to design and sell pools. You will play a key role in driving revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Proactively drive and increase pool sales in designated territories.

•

Provide a “knock-their-socks-off” customer experience by creating pool designs that exceed expectations.

•

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and team members.

•

Respond promptly to all client inquiries; no calls should go to voicemail.

•

Support field staff and coordinate with them for project success.

•

Be present on key project milestones such as dig days.

•

Listen to and resolve customer complaints with the Service Manager.

•

Complete weekly and daily reports as assigned.

•

Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

•

Experience: 3–5 years in outside sales or a college degree with 1–2 years of work experience.

•

Strong computer proficiency, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.

•

A passion for meeting people and delivering solutions that foster long-term relationships.

•

Knowledge of the swimming pool industry and pool design software is a plus but not required.

•

Must have reliable transportation, an excellent driving record, and be punctual and dependable.

•

Demonstrates a "closer" mentality with a high signup ratio.

•
